Our licensed therapists work with families to identify strengths and weaknesses, improve communication and problem-solving skills, and develop a stronger sense of cohesion and support.
Clinical Director
Jimmy Snow is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 19 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate a wide range of challenges. He takes a solution-focused approach to therapy, incorporating natural family systems theory and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to foster growth and healing. Jimmy specializes in treating depression, anxiety, adolescent concerns, relationship dynamics, military-specific challenges, and post-traumatic stress.
Jimmy’s career in mental health began in the Fall of 2000 when he became a Mental Health Specialist in the United States Air Force Reserves, where he continues to serve. He earned a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2006 and is now pursuing a doctoral degree to help prepare the next generation of Marriage and Family Therapists.
Jimmy is deeply committed to empowering his clients to build resilience, strengthen connections, and achieve lasting well-being.
Provisional Licensed Counselor
Scarlett Stansbury is a Provisionally Licensed Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that healing begins the moment you’re heard. Scarlett values creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen and empowered to heal, learn, and grow.
Scarlett holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Her clinical experience spans a variety of settings, including schools, outpatient clinics, and private practice. She has worked with individuals, couples, families, and children facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relational struggles. Scarlett is also trained in EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) allowing her to offer effective support for clients who have experienced trauma and distressing life experiences.
Scarlett is committed to walking alongside her clients with compassion and care by meeting them where they are, honoring their unique journey, and helping them move forward towards meaningful change.
Counselor Intern
Rylie Johnson is a Marriage and Family Therapy intern with a background in psychology and a deep commitment to helping individuals, couples, and families find healing and hope. Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Louisiana Monroe, Rylie integrates Bowen Family Systems Theory, Strategic Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to guide clients through meaningful change.
Rylie has experience working with people navigating addiction, trauma, marital conflict, abuse, and faith-based concerns. She also offers Christian counseling for those who desire a spiritually integrated approach to therapy.
Grounded in empathy and a systemic perspective, Rylie is passionate about empowering clients to rewrite their stories, strengthen their relationships, and move forward with resilience and purpose.
Counselor Intern
Joseph Stogner is a counseling intern with a background in pastoral care, hospice bereavement work, and trauma-informed ministry. He is currently completing his master’s in Counseling Psychology at The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, where he integrates relational psychodynamic theory, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care to help individuals make sense of their past and experience meaningful change in the present.
Joseph has experience walking with clients through grief, trauma, identity struggles, religious and spiritual wounds, and relational challenges. His work is especially shaped by a sensitivity to how family systems, early attachment, and cultural context shape a person’s internal world. He also offers faith-integrated counseling for those desiring to explore their story within a Christian framework.
Rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that healing happens in the context of relationship, Joseph creates a warm and thoughtful space for clients to explore who they are, where they’ve been, and who they’re becoming.
